Just a few more from Karen and James. We did two engagement shoots, so this one was a short session. We really wanted to catch the last of the apple blossoms so we ran out to VerHage Fruit Farms in Kalamazoo. They're getting married in October at the Blodgett Wedding Barn in Schoolcraft, Michigan.
Had a great time with these two last week! Working with people like Esther and Chris sure makes my job fun. Just by being around them, It's easy to tell they're going to make excellent parents. Baby Baer is expected in June, can't wait to meet him/her. Until then, we'll just have to enjoy these images..
Just a review of some weddings and moments from 2017. Last wedding season was a blast, I've learned a lot and I'm excited for 2018. I absolutely love capturing these moments and creating small pieces of art work for these couples to have for a lifetime. I really enjoy showing couples a preview right off the camera so I can see their reactions. Bringing people joy through my work is always my top priority.
Karen and James helped me clear the dust off my gear for my first engagement session of the year. As you can see, it's spring time here in Kalamazoo, trees are in bloom, and love is in the air! This is the first of two sessions, here at the always beautiful Kalamazoo Nature Center arboretum. Their wedding is taking place in October 2018 at the Blodgett Wedding Barn in Schoolcraft, MI.
